I created this kinetic typography project for my Advanced Typography class using After Effects. I created everything in this project except for the album artwork and music. The project I was given was to raise awareness on things or people that deserved more recognition so I chose Talia Mar and Sarah Close, who are singers that deserve more credibility as musicians than they have.

Without You
Without You by Avicii is the first kinetic typography video I created on After Effects from an assignment in my motion graphics class. Vectors and music are not mine.
Be Strong
I was assigned to create a type-based project on a phrase and I chose “Be strong.” This is a phrase that I have heard through dark times and mental health struggles and I chose to represent my confidence in feelings throughout the video. The typeface was chosen to not look strong on purpose as self-confidence has been a struggle in my life and I wanted to represent that through type.
